Lake Spofford Cabins are close to Brattleboro, VT and Keene, NH. The Penthouse is a charming remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house with wood cabin charm. Featuring a full eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and utensils, a direct view of the deck and lake, open concept living room with a comfortable sleeper couch, 60" curved TV with plenty of DTV channels to choose and a pellet stove to keep you warm and cozy. Downstairs there are two (2) large bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The master bedroom on the second floor has its own private bath with shower, a 60" TV and windows all around. We provide linens, towels, pillow cases, bed covers, trash bags and paper supplies. Guest access There is plenty of free parking around each rental unit. Each confirmed rental is permitted one boat slip for your rental, bring the cooler and sunscreen for a beautiful day on the lake! There’s even a Tesla Supercharger available for those of you who need it. Guests have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi all over the property. Just tap the Wi-Fi wall mounted block to auto join the network. Our property boasts the most private beach front property of any Spofford Lake rentals, with access to floaties and kayaks during the fun summer months! There is a fire pit on our large private beach, with nearby picnic tables, and gravity chairs provided for the beach. If you would like to have a bonfire during the summer months, a simple call to the local Fire Department is required. Other things to note Each rental unit is welcome to bring any pets they have inquired about prior to arrival. Initial pet fee of $150 applies. Any additional pets will be charged a cleaning and maintenance fee of an additional $150. Dogs must be registered, have access to a leash or harness at all times, and be cleaned up after on all spaces. Please promptly remove all bodily function messes left by your animals outside. Extra guests incur $50/day fee and must be announced in advance Overnight extra guests incur additional $150/ night fee Right off 91, Exit 3, ten minutes from either Keene NH or Brattleboro VT, plenty of places to eat, with Walmart, Target, multiple supermarkets, movie theaters, even many farmers' markets available if you want those farm fresh eggs!
