The apartment has a living room and a bedroom with a separate entrance. Having two matrimonial beds and one extensible sofa bed, it is ideal for two families, up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and a tasty Lavazza coffee included. Our bathroom features a large shower room. Being located next to the Felix forest, the apartment has a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Each room has air conditioning to cool down the apartment during summer days. The building has an elevator and also a private parking. We can offer discount tickets to our guests at the Aquapark President. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. The private parking area is free of charge for our guests. The flat capacity is for 6 people, no additional guests are allowed. No pets are allowed. Check-in is available every day after 3 PM. If you would request to arrive prior to this hour, we do our best to arrange it as desired. We can provide free pick-up from the Oradea International Airport and from Oradea Central Railway Station. We also offer chargeable transfers from different airports (Budapest, Debrecen, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara). Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, but we encourage you to use the terrace to take some fresh air while you smoke.
