Plato 42 is a beautiful and neat apartment of 42 sq.m., on the second floor of a quiet family building at the intersection of Platonos and Maizonos streets. It is located close to the center and the beach and is the ideal choice for relaxation, business trips or your holidays. The name of the property comes from Platonos Street, where the family's single-family house was located until 1986, when the great earthquake occurred in the Kalamata area. The space The two-bedroom apartment was recently built (June 2022) with modern urban decoration and elegant furniture to make the visitor feel at home in the space and enjoy a unique stay experience. It has a bedroom with a large extra-double bed and access to a large balcony. All the beds in the villa have very comfortable mattresses, for a special sleeping experience. The bathroom is decorated with modern aesthetics and has a spacious shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cookware), with modern top quality appliances and has a modern piece of furniture which converts into a dining table for 4 people. The living room has a large corner sofa bed, flat screen smart TV with Netflix subscription and access to a large balcony overlooking Taygetos. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a central heating and air conditioning system and an independent thermostat in each area, it has an environmentally friendly ventilation-ventilation system, as well as all the comforts that a visitor is looking for. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% by renewable energy sources. Free Wi-Fi Internet access with very high speeds is provided. Guest access The apartment is on the 3nd floor. There is lift. Other things to note There is an extra charge of €30 for arrivals after 22:00. There is an extra charge of €50 for arrivals after 00:00.
