Gîte du Tacot – Gevrey Chambertin

Stay in this detached house (former Tacot railway station) in the centre of an 8,000m2 wooded and fenced park with a breathtaking view of the Gevrey Chambertin vineyards, located at the bottom of the Route des Grands Crus near the town centre and the Château de Gevrey in the upper part of the town in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne. Central location, on the Dijon-Beaune axis on the Route des Grands Crus. The space "Accommodation not accessible for PRMs The gîte consists of a large entrance hall with a sofa adjoining the fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, fridge with freezer space, etc.) with a large table for 7 people and access to the terrace with its amazing view of the Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards. From the entrance, you also have access to a separate toilet and a 1st bedroom with a standard double bed on the ground floor with its own small private bathroom with shower and washbasin. Then enter the large living room with access to the terrace and the first floor via a classic wooden staircase. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 3 single beds, a large bedroom with a standard double bed and a functional bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and towel dryer. Thanks to air conditioning, enjoy this house all year round. Guest access Parking spaces available in the Gîte du Tacot. If you are a sportsman, cyclist, hiker, motorcyclist..., there are many paths in the area, as well as the route des grands crus, which will make you happy !!!! Share access to the 8,000m2 park, you can store the equipment necessary for the practice of your passion (Bikes, Motorcycles ...) outside (sheltered space - provide locks), also in the gite a washing machine to lighten your bags, and keep all the magnitude of the place of life. You will not have access to a closed outbuilding reserved for the owner! Other things to note Just put your luggage down! The housekeeping package includes cleaning after your departure and supply of sheets and towels. Take a real break, coffee, coffee filters, tea and sugar are available on arrival!
