Charming barn of 45 m2 fully restored and furnished in 2021. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles and Beauval Zoo. Adjacent to our house, with a separate entrance and possibility to enjoy a small terrace with table and chairs, a plancha. Shops nearby: Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press. New accommodation including a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom. The space Layout: You enter a living room with a fitted kitchen with a fridge with freezer, 2-burner glass-ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Bathroom with toilet, sink, large walk-in shower and towel dryer. Staircase leading to an open mezzanine with a seating area with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a TV; then a bedroom area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). New bedding. Mobile fan available. Housekeeping option: €30, notify us at the time of booking whether you will be taking it or not Other things to note Weekend or weekly rental. Provide bed linen and towels for short overnight stays. New and well-decorated accommodation, we ask our guests to respect the premises and make the accommodation clean and tidy.
