Studio located on the ground floor of a town building. This accommodation will provide you with all the comforts necessary for a professional or personal stay. Wi-Fi (fiber) and streaming services (Amazon + Netflix + Disney+) are included The space The studio is fully equipped to make your stay as easy as possible. You can eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Eating accessories Cooking accessories A "Philips de l'OR" coffee maker and welcome capsules are available. The coffee maker is compatible with classic L'OR or NESPRESSO capsules and XXL L'OR BARISTA double capsules. You can sleep there with bed linens at your disposal as well as towels. A vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are available. Following feedback from previous guests, larger mugs have been added. The bathroom furniture and the sofa bed mattress have been changed, as well as the living room window, which greatly reduces noise from the outside. Fiber has been installed. Guest access You have the entire studio to yourself. You can park your vehicle in front of the building or adjacent streets. The entrance to the studio can be done independently thanks to the key box. Other things to note No smoking in the studio In order to respect the tenants of the building, I will ask you to lower the volume of the TV/Music devices between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The cleaning must be done before your departure. Please leave this place clean and let me know of any breakage or damage so I can come with a replacement.
