Our Beira Mar Paradise is located on one of the most sought-after beaches in the Brazilian Caribbean. The space Our House is the Beira Mar, less than 20m from the beach. We offer you a differentiated experience, our accommodation has 5 bedrooms. With 3 Bedrooms sea view, including hammocks for those who like to relax and enjoy the view. Pool area with barbecue, covered area, chairs for those who like to stay with that bronze, table for everyone to stay together, having that barbecue, or have a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All this overlooking the Sea so you can keep enjoying the beach to the fullest. For those who like to stand in the sand, we provide umbrellas and beach chairs, and Cooler. So you can have the experience you want, with all the amenity and safety, right in front of the house. A Rooftop on the 2nd floor of the house, where they can have recreational meetings with board games, or have good drinks looking at the moonlight. (It's in Maintenance and Reform for now) We also offer some tour partnerships, such as the tour to Croas de São Bento. So that they can get to know the beautiful natural pools that are one of the most visited places by tourists. We'll make partner contacts available for our guests to close their packages at a discount. And we will provide a catalog with restaurant tips, and tourism areas, to help those who do not know the place yet to have a wonderful experience. Other things to note Energy Consumption will be charged on the outside. We will check the meter and ask the Guest or our Secretary(who will receive them at Check-in) the photo of the day of entry and the day of departure, and only the amount will be charged in proportion to the rented days. The value of KWh is R$1.30 In case of damage or excessive dirt in the listing, the amount of the damaged utensil or an extra cleaning will be levied to the guest. In case of breakage according to the number of people available for the stay, an extra guest fee will be charged (the fee is for each extra guest, per day of stay)
