Charming Cottage 10 Minutes from Fontainebleau

Welcome to our independent studio in the heart of our property. Ideally located, 200 m from the banks of the Seine, the studio has independent access with a private wooden terrace, you will be at home! On the ground floor, bathroom; living room and kitchen, the bay window, overlooks the terrace as well as the garden. The rest/night area is upstairs (attic bedroom) and includes two double beds (one 160 and the other 140): ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The space Our region's heritage is rich! Fontainebleau, an imperial city with its castle, is located 6 km away, the village of the Impressionist painters of Barbizon 15 km away… Whether for bucolic walks, visits to the home of the Kings, getaways to our charming villages, hikes in the forest, or simply for the love of nature, you will be charmed by the location and calm of our 35 m2 studio, which will bring you a cocooning break during your stay. Héricy is a village of character that is located on the banks of the Seine and on the outskirts of the Fontainebleau forest. You will find all amenities, including a supermarket 1 km away. The accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids! Guest access Train and bus nearby. By train: Direct train from Paris to Fontainebleau (38 min), the train station is a 7-min drive from the studio. A bus service runs from Fontainebleau train station to a stop 50 m from the house Paris – Héricy train (40 min with 1 change in Melun), the train station is a 2-min walk from the studio. If by car: Take the A6 highway, Fontainebleau exit then follow directions to Héricy. Parking possible in front of the house or free open parking at the station 50 m away, or in the garden facing the studio, under Carport, for long stays). Other things to note Sheets, linens, coffee and tea capsules are provided, you just have to pack your bags. For the rest, please let us know (baby bed, high chair...). Your children are welcome to play in the garden (cabin, slide, swings, small sandbox... and 2 very friendly little hens!)
