Auvillar: quiet cottage in the countryside 2/4 people

[-35% weekly] [-45% per month] Close to CNPE Golfech. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of nature. We live surrounded by several hectares of forest (fir trees and oaks). We are ideally located: 5 minutes from the A62 toll and 3 kilometers from our beautiful village of Auvillar that we invite to discover! Toulouse (45 minutes) and Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km from Centrale de Golfech. The space Welcome to our home! We are happy to host you in Saint Loup, we wish you a pleasant stay. We are available for any questions about the cottage or our beautiful region. Our cottage consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and separate toilet, in the living room a sofa bed with open kitchen and living /dining room. Ability to provide you with all baby equipment for free upon request (crib, highchair, baby bath). A regulation is never funny but it is made for the good of all and must be respected. Each of the occupants of the cottage must be aware of this document and its contents, the rental of the cottage implies the implicit acceptance of this regulation. Parking in front of the cottage at your convenience (without obstructing the steps of the entrance). We provide bed linen and towels, we kindly ask you to use the shower towels only for use within the bathroom, and not for cleaning or otherwise with it. If you would like to access the laundry room (washing machine), please let us know so that we can tell you what to do next. Please do not smoke in the cottage, an ashtray is available in front of the entrance. Heating: The thermostat is on the heaters (living room and bedroom), please turn them off when you leave and/or turn them down if you are away. Toilet: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. There's a trash can for the rest. Water and electricity: Make responsible use of water and electricity. Hot water is limited, thank you for us and especially the planet! Cleaning: Please put away the dishes, clean the kitchen appliances, and leave the cottage clean before your departure. Please gather bed linen and bathroom linen in the shower when you check out. WiFi "WiFi_montaygut_82_invite" is at your disposal without a password for free. We remind you of the prohibitions relating to the use of the internet (illegal downloading, visiting websites with a pedophile, terrorist, or calling for racial hatred...). The outdoor areas in front of the gite (parking side) are shared with our family. We ask you to respect the premises (do not throw trash/butts on the floor etc...), do not feed animals (cats, chickens) and do not walk on our property which remains private and not open to guests of the cottage (garage, terrace, pool and stable). Noise disturbances: Events and parties within the cottage are strictly prohibited, we count on your respect and discretion. We will ask you not to make noise disturbances from 9pm until 8:00 am, we indeed live with our small children and want calm within our property. Pets are strictly prohibited inside and outside the cottage. Garbage cans: A small shared container is in front of the gite for unsoiled packaging/cardboard boxes and recyclable plastics. Classic garbage is to be thrown in a black container provided for this purpose (the closest being at the Auvillar squash club/football field). For glass, there is a trash can in the parking lot of the port of Auvillar. Board games and books are available in the TV stand. Baby equipment: we have all the baby equipment (bathtub, high chair, crib umbrella, games/books), please do not hesitate to ask us in advance. In case of any problems or breakages, please let us know as soon as possible before your departure so that we can remedy it and anticipate for future guests.
