Kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, induction cooktop, convection oven, quiet dishwasher, fridge with water filter and ice maker, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Matching china and silverware for 8, wine glasses, matching professional stainless steel and ceramic pots and pans (no PFOA or PTFE), well stocked with tons of spices and condiments – see photos, absolutely everything you need. Master bedroom has a queen Tempurpedic bed and en-suite, full bathroom with shower (a regular, spring mattress also available if you don't want Tempurpedic). Bedroom #2 has a has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can also be placed together for the equivalent of a king bed. An additional, third twin bed may be requested. (The third bed can also be placed in the living room). There’s a desk in every bedroom, and a large work table in the dining room & kitchen area. Two more desks can be added. Main bathroom has a shower/tub. Both bathrooms have endless hot water from a tankless water heater. You can use both showers at the same time. Central heat and cold air conditioning, top of the line LG washer & dryer with steam, clothes drying rack, Dyson vacuum, iron, hair dryer, and toiletries - everything to feel pampered. The fenced-off swimming pool and unused pool house/cottage are not part of this rental. Many cars can park on the driveway, and there’s unlimited, additional parking on the street in front of the house. No permit is needed. Other things to note NO EXTRA GUESTS - You must disclose everyone who will come to the house and book honestly with the correct number of guests, including people who will be there overnight only part of the time. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with families who are our friends, so we're responsible to our community to know who is staying here. If you book for 2 people and sneak in 4 people etc., you will be required to leave the premises immediately with no refund. The lock is re-keyed at the end of each stay. Security deposit is only charged if a claim is filed There are three STEPS up to the front door. If you enter through the garage, there's a handrail and the two steps up which can be divided into half steps by request (we did this for a guest who had knee surgery).
