Welcome to our lovely apartment, located in the countryside and quiet. You will find a floor area of about 40 m2; in duplex, it includes a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed and with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Possibility of access to the outdoor garden with pool. Private parking is also accessible. We are close to Paris, Disneyland, Provins, Parc des Félins. Possibility of adding a bed for up to 3 adults max or 2 adults + 1 child and 1 baby. We live in the adjoining house and are here to help if you need anything! IMPORTANT: NO ADDITIONAL PERSONS TO THE RESERVATION WILL BE TOLERATED ON THE PROPERTY. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guest access Possibility of access to the garden with terrace and pool. Please note that this private space (garden terrace, pool) is shared with the owners. It's not possible to book it exclusively. For hygiene reasons, ONLY swimsuits are accepted for pool access. It is strictly forbidden to bathe with sunscreen or sun oil on the body. Possibility to rent towels for the pool: €5 for both. Please let us know at the time of booking. Due to wintering, the pool will be closed from September 30 to May 15 inclusive. The village center is a 3-minute walk away, with bakery, coffee-tobacco, grocery store. A Carrefour Market supermarket is also accessible a 2-minute drive away (or 10-minute walk). IMPORTANT: NO EXTRA PERSONS IN THE RESERVATION WILL BE TOLERATED ON THE PROPERTY. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
