My place is ideal for business and leisure travelers. It is right across NAIA Terminal 3 and is within walking distance from the New World Resorts Hotel and Casino and the Newport Mall. There are several restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. The Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City are accessible by car or public transport. The space WiFi access throughout the unit. | Diningware and utensils are available. | Microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker are available. | Stove, oven and cookware NOT available. | Space can comfortably accommodate 4 persons but add'l 1 guest may be allowed subject to an additional fee of P1000 per night. However, it may be a bit cramped for 5 persons. | Parking Fee is P1200 per week, minimum. Guest access Swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily except on Mondays. | Gym can be accessed 6am-8pm daily except on the first Monday of the month. Other things to note A week before your arrival date, please let us know what time you plan on checking in. We will make sure that the place is clean and orderly in time for your arrival.
