The penthouse is located in a complex all on the ground floor of only eight owners, family style The PH is inside, quiet and safe for the kids, with patio and grill. Located in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the beach and one block from the main street, Av 3. 2 rooms, very bright, with natural gas (you will not run out of hot water). The space Furnished kitchen, with all the necessary tools for your stay for all guests, gas stove and microwave included. Living-dining room with nest bed (2 beds, one under the other) type armchair, table for four, has a stove for cold nights. Bedroom with double bed (spring mattress), ample placard, blankets and a single bed with armchair cushions to lie down and read a book or what to use for another guest. Bathroom with shower, and another additional placard in the hallway as a storage area. All in excellent condition. WI FI libre. Smart TV so you can use its streaming service, optional subscription to DirecTv for cable TV (additional payment). The PH has patio with table and chairs to take advantage of the beautiful sunny days. The property has space in front to park the car outdoors. Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the PH, including the grill and individual laundry room of each PH, and shared access to the parking space, entrance hallway and patio (the latter is only shared with a neighbor). Other things to note The manager is available for any eventuality, question, doubt or help that may arise for the guest.
