The space The accommodation is on the floor of the BARN, with beautiful views over the park. Patio on the ground floor, with dining area, refrigerator and plancha, its sunbathing, for relaxing, mountain biking for the walk in the forest, washing machine, dryer, and 7 drawer freezer. The pet must be kept on a leash in the air, due to horses, donkeys , and poultry and geese. It should not go to bedding or sofas alone in the rooms. If there's anything you need to keep them guarded. A deposit of 150 euros in cash is required at check-in, returned 7 days after check-out by bank transfer (provide a rib) after visit. The bedding fee is 8 euros/room (duvet-drap towel house - gloves- kitchen towels...per 7-day period) To be paid in cash upon arrival of the tenants. An electric heating supplement of 5 euros/day during the cold period will be paid on-site (withheld on deposit if the heater is used from November to April.) The cottage will be returned in the cleanliness check-in conditions. Any damage or breach of the rules will be penalized The spa and sauna ( options) are by reservation to be made the day before, (heating at night) The rates and conditions are indicated in the welcome booklet. We provide you with bathrobes. We're at your disposal for any other request... Note: We clean the accommodation. However, it is up to the tenant to return the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness, garbage cans, glasses...evacuated, bedding, towels etc... properly removed.
