All the front windows have sea views. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with sea views), a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The garden extends out the back with paths and woods to a private nature reserve. Ample car parking within the property grounds is available for guests. • Bed linen and bath towels are provided (not beach towels) • The price quoted is for six people sharing. • Electricity and heating are provided free of charge (we charge for extra logs for woodburner in winter) • As dogs are welcome at Shorefield, please be aware if you have allergies, please keep dogs to the downstairs rooms and out of the bedrooms or on any furniture. We have WiFi Ring doorbells in our properties, pointing outward at the driveway. The camera in the doorbell records and is motion-activated & operates 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property. There are some private parts to the house which are locked. As this is still a family home please respect rugs, pictures, ornaments etc.. as you would in your own home. A gardener might come during your stay to mow the lawn and work on the land out the back. Other things to note What if your return ferry is not till 6pm? Need a late check out? If no-one has booked to come in then yes it's fine to have a late check out. If someone has booked to come in at 4pm then there are ways around it also!! If you put the first few sheets on to wash! (full instruction will be given!!) It's the washing of the sheets that takes the time during a 6 hr chageover, if you're happy to do the first wash or two we'll come a bit later, win win!!!! Just let me know when booking! Pets are very welcome at Shorefield! We charge a Pet Fee of £15 per pet. However we have recently discovered that this fee is not always charged at the point of booking. If you are not charged a Pet Fee, please could you message us and we will send details of how to pay.
