A Smart TV in the living room will help you unwind after a great beach day while you are cooling off in the freshness of the home thanks to AC and ceiling fan. WIFI is strong, reliable 50 MB perfect for remote working or online classes. The living room overlooks a lovely little terrace with view on the common area of the garden and pool still maintaining full privacy. In addition, the apartment has a washer and dryer. The common area has a spacious pool, bathrooms and the parking is free and located in front of the building! Everything you might need for your stay in Tulum is taken care of! Guest access Before your arrival we will be in touch with you and will send you all the instructions to arrive to your vacation home! We recommend renting a car so you can rejoice in all the amazing adventures the surroundings have to offer such as cenotes, beaches, lagoons, ruins, shopping areas, jungle walks etc. A bike or motor bike is also great if you just want to move in the area! Parking is free and available outside the building. There is a little shop and cafe just one block away! Other things to note Please be respectful of the local flora and fauna and be mindful with waste and electricity consumption. Tulum is a fast developing area and some areas might have unpaved roads.
