Our location is wonderfully situated in the heart of Manila. 8Adriatico is a few minutes away from notable landmarks like Intramuros, National Museum, Rizal Park, and the breathtaking sunsets of Manila Bay. We are also a stone’s throw away from Philippine General Hospital, Supreme Court, Department of Justice, and the University of the Philippines. Since we are centrally located, cabs and jeepneys are found outside the building. The LRT is also within walking distance of the building. The space Our 27. sq.m space is located at the 35th and has: - Queen- Sized Bed and a floor mattress (for the additional guest) - Unlimited Internet Access - Smart TV (With Netflix and Amazon Prime) - CD player/Radio - Hot Shower - Kitchen (with electric stove, microwave oven, rice cooker and refrigerator ) - Basic cookware (pots and pans) - Glass, plates, and silverware - Toiletries - Towels and Extra linens (for longer stays) - Ample- sized dining table can double as a working table - books Guest access 1. Send me a copy of your ID and companion; 2. These will be submitted to the Building Manager for your clearance; 2. The approved move-in clearance will be sent to you; 3. Show the clearance to the guard on duty, and they will assist you in getting the key from the mailbox. Other things to note Please note that this condominium is a shared space, and as such, there is a possibility of encountering insects due to shared ventilation and drainage systems. While we take measures to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, occasional insects may appear. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to keep this in mind when booking.
