Your accommodation is made in architectural style typical of Mediterranean culture, equipped with all comforts, heating and air conditioning, flat-screen TV, wifi, furnished in Vintange and modern style. All rooms of the accommodation enjoy a breathtaking view overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea up to the Rocca di Cefalù, inside our large sea view studio with kitchenette, you will find: - double bed (possibility to add a cot) - large mirrored wardrobe - comfortable dining table complete with chairs - kitchen equipped with all utensils and dishes, complete with appliances: large refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner kitchen with electric oven, American coffee maker and also a kettle. - spacious bathroom with attention to detail, which reflects the minimalist design of the entire house. Guest access The swimming pool, the pearl of our villa, is quite large (5 x 10 m) and has a shallow water area (h= 1.20 m) also suitable for your children, which slopes down to a maximum height of 1.50 m. Adjacent to the solarium, you can take shelter in the shade of the gazebo during the hottest hours, comfortably seated in our armchairs sipping a good refreshing drink. These areas will eventually be shared with guests of the other accommodation (Cefalù Nest Superior Pool House), a good opportunity to meet and socialize with other cultures or if you prefer, given the size of the spaces, you can always have your privacy guaranteed. The two houses are distant, totally independent and both have their own exclusive terrace with breathtaking sea views.
