The master bedroom includes a 160x190 cm double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, a private half bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed, two single sofa beds, a storage unit and access to the balcony. 🛋️ Living Room Bright living area with a dining table for 6 people, TV and access to the balcony. 🍽️ Kitchenette Fully equipped with a 4-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, pots, cutlery, cups, glasses, wine glasses and everything needed for self-catering. 🚿 Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a shower box, washing machine, hairdryer and full sanitary facilities. The second bathroom is a convenient half bathroom without a shower. 🚗 Garage Large private garage located under the building, perfect for parking your car safely during your stay. Guest access The apartment is exclusively available along with the garage. Pets are not allowed. Other things to note In accordance with Law 431/1998, the apartment is offered only as a rental and not as a hospitality structure. Therefore, we cannot provide extra services typical of hotels or B&Bs, such as: • breakfast or meals • cleaning or linen change during the stay • reception service or luggage storage 📄 As a private rental we do not issue invoices, but we can provide a non-fiscal receipt for the rental amount upon request. We try to allow early arrivals, but we can only confirm shortly before: 👉 If there are no bookings the night before, we can confirm the evening before. 👉 If there are guests, we can confirm only the same morning, depending on how the apartment is left.
