The modern and bright decor will create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for you and your fellow travelers. Included in the price is a large garage under the house for convenient and safe parking. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in every room. Pets are not allowed. The space Towels are provided, one for the face and one for the body, for each guest included in a reservation of at least 7 years old. Bed linen and blankets are also provided. BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms. In the first one, there is a double bed 160x190, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony. In the second room, there is a bunk bed, 2 single sofa beds, furniture, and a balcony. LIVING ROOM Dining table with 6 chairs, TV, and access to the balcony. KITCHEN AREA Equipped with a gas stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, set of pots, cutlery, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and various utensils. BATHROOMS Offers a shower box, washing machine, complete sanitary fixtures, and has a bathroom shower and hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom does not have a shower. GARAGE Spacious garage beneath the house. Guest access The apartment is exclusively available along with the garage. Pets are not allowed. Other things to note In accordance with Law 431/1998, the apartment is offered only as a rental and not as a hospitality structure. Therefore, we cannot provide extra services typical of hotels or B&Bs, such as: • breakfast or meals • cleaning or linen change during the stay • reception service or luggage storage 📄 As a private rental we do not issue invoices, but we can provide a non-fiscal receipt for the rental amount upon request. We try to allow early arrivals, but we can only confirm shortly before: 👉 If there are no bookings the night before, we can confirm the evening before. 👉 If there are guests, we can confirm only the same morning, depending on how the apartment is left.
