The space This is a thoughtfully arranged studio apartment with: • A comfortable bed and seating area • Air-conditioning • Smart TV (log in to your own Netflix/streaming accounts) • Wi-Fi • Kitchenette for light meals • Dining space • Hot shower • Free parking within the estate Pet-Friendly Stay: We welcome responsible pet owners. If you’re traveling with your dog or cat and simply want a quiet base inside SBMA, this works well. We just ask that pets are supervised and that the unit is kept clean and damage-free. About the Building: The exterior of the building reflects its original SBMA-era structure. It is not a modern condominium tower. However, the interior of the unit has been updated and maintained to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. We prefer to be upfront about this so expectations are aligned before booking. Pool Access: There is a shared swimming pool within the Crown Peak estate, approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the building. Pool access is optional and subject to a separate fee charged by the estate management. It is not included in the nightly rate. Location: The unit is located inside SBMA, giving you easy access to: • Beaches (All Hands, Camayan, etc.) • Restaurants and cafés • Harbor Point & Puregold Duty Free • Boardwalk sunset spots • Nature and tree-lined roads for morning walks It’s a convenient base if you want to explore Subic without staying in a crowded beachfront hotel.
