Cozy 2nd floor studio with great breeze and amazing sound of the ocean's waves. It has a beautiful sunset view over the avenue with the trademark of Levittown's water tank. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay if you want to enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby. It is as far as 15-20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the Bacardi Distillery. We have solar panel system to make sure you never suffer from power outages! The space Sunset Studio was created with the idea of a bright and cozy place to wake up to a beautiful morning and have a good breakfast outside in the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and enjoy listening to the ocean's wave music. In a quiet neighborhood with quick access to cover all your needs, this studio is our second home to recharge our energy and goods vibes. We solar panel system to make sure you never suffer from an outage! Guest access Guest will access throughout the white gate and walk upstairs to their studio. Other things to note Access is with a door code given upon the day of check-in. The first-floor private garage is not for use of any guest. Only for owners. Noise should be kept on the 2nd floor, as the first floor is an airbnb apartment, which guests can be disturbed by outside noise.
