Cozy rural townhouse located in the Sierra Subbética enclave. 9 km from Baena and Zuheros and 3 km from Luque. It borders the Vía Verde del Aceite (Oil Route), ideal for hiking and cycling getaways. It has all the necessary amenities for an ideal stay. Fully equipped: air conditioning and heating, fireplace*, private garage and porch, swimming pool (community) and paddle tennis court. * Firewood for the fireplace is a surcharge of €10 per basket (15kg approx) The space The house has 2 floors and a basement/garage. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.90m. Upstairs is the master bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one double with a 1.35m bed and the other with 2 0.90m single beds. All bedrooms have closets. In the basement is the garage and laundry room, with a washing machine, a washing sink and a closet. Guest access All common areas are accessible without restriction. Other things to note Pets are allowed, with a €10 cleaning fee, in the case of dogs or cats. Payment will be made upon check-in.
