Alice's Cottages are nestled away on a quiet street just within the Launceston CBD, offering seven delightful heritage-listed, self-contained cottages for two. Each cottage is uniquely and tastefully themed with a touch of nostalgia and of old-world charm, balanced with modern luxuries and comfort. Perfectly situated to enjoy the peace and quiet, but within easy walking distance of the iconic Cataract Gorge and Launceston city centre. The space The French Cottage ~ is inspired by the timeless elegance and sophistication of Paris, with a luxurious king-sized bed set beneath a crystal chandelier and corner spa within the room. Offering an invitation to relax and unwind after a long day with a snuggle before the open fireplace or reclining in the waters depths. Or to simply enjoy the convenience of air-conditioned comfort and an expanse of entertainment choices on the SmartTV. The French Cottage features a small kitchenette with Nespresso machine, perfectly suited for preparation and enjoyment of the hearty breakfast basket which is ready and waiting, and replenished daily. Parking is conveniently located right at the front doorstep. The French Cottage is a very open-plan studio cottage with a corners spa located within the room itself (whilst the toilet is conveniently tucked away in the corner of the room). It's perfectly suited for a short romantic and intimate getaway. If you are planning a longer stay we highly recommend checking out our six other cottages with full kitchens and separate bathrooms.
