The space Authentic Norman-style house from the 1930s, this former family holiday home, aspires to receive visitors, travelers and friends for very pleasant stays. It is built in a 1 hectare park with a charming French garden with almost century-old boxwoods and iffs! Inside, the house offers 5 double bedrooms including a master bedroom with a large terrace. All rooms have private bathroom / water with WC. On each floor, a small living room with games and libraries. On the ground floor, a dining room and a living room with a very pretty fireplace and a tuned 1/4 grand piano. The kitchen, which can also be used as a second dining room, is fully equipped and traditionally furnished. 4 terraces complete the exterior including a sheltered terrace and another on the garden level. Guest access 5 minutes from the A28 motorway, 15 minutes from the Haras National du Pin, 1 hour 15 minutes from Caen, Deauville and Cabourg as well as only 2 hours from Paris. Charming property fully fenced with plenty of space to park your car. Other things to note Open since July 2020, the Domaine des Thomins is a holiday resort for informed visitors who wish to meet in a place that is a little out of time. Breakfasts are included in the price. The table d'hôtes is made up of a unique menu entirely home-made and billed as a supplement (25 € / adult and 12.50 for children under 12). Note that the table d'hôte is available by reservation only (minimum 48 hours in advance). Capacity of 1 to 12 people maximum depending on availability.
