Just let us know—additional kits may be available for a small fee. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit throughout their stay. Check-in is self-service via a smart lock. We'll send detailed instructions the day before your arrival. The building has 24/7 security, and the reception is available for general assistance during check-in or checkout. 🅿️ Parking Options There are three parking options: 1) Offsite Parking — Complimentary upon confirmation • Located ~2 minutes walk from the condo (motorcycles allowed) • Advance reservation required (minimum 1 day notice with plate number) • We will check availability after booking • If a slot is available and confirmed, parking is free of charge • Subject to availability; may not be available for last-minute bookings 2) Basement Pay Parking — ₱250/night This is a leased basement slot, so we’ll need to inquire first for availability. •Reservation required: At least 1 day notice (Plate number needed) •Availability: Not guaranteed for last-minute or same-day bookings. •Payment: Pay via Airbnb once confirmed. Payment must be received to confirm your reservation. No refunds or transfers for cancellations after payment. 3) Onsite Pay Parking Condominium Pay Parking — walk-in (no reservation needed) • ₱400/24h (cars) • ₱200/24h (motorcycles) • Beyond 24h: ₱50/hr (cars) · ₱30/hr (motorcycles) • Pay directly at the Clubhouse (first-come, first-served) 🏊‍♂️ Swimming Pool • Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closed Tuesdays for maintenance) • ₱150 (day use) | ₱200 (night use) • Proper swimwear required • Pay at the Clubhouse Reception Other things to note • This is a private residence, not a full-service hotel. Please treat our home with respect. • We don’t have 24/7 on-site staff—please report any issues promptly. • Please avoid turning on the privacy lock on the door (located below the knob). This may disable keyless entry, and staff will need to deliver the master key, which may incur a transport fee. • We aim to keep the unit stocked with essentials for your stay. If you need anything extra (like additional amenity kits or towels), feel free to message us — additional fees may apply. • Our unit is thoroughly cleaned before each stay.
