The cottage is located in a rural area between Frizington and Cleator Moor. Ideally situated for the Western Lakes, approx 10 minute drive to Ennerdale Water, 35 minutes to Loweswater with Crummock and Buttermere beyond. Just 15 minutes drive will give you access to the coastal area of St. Bees and the port town of Whitehaven. Parkside has views of the Dent fell to front and the C2C cycle path is situated directly to the rear. The space A large comfortable and well appointed 3 bed cottage which benefits from 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (one king, with en-suite, one double and one twin). There is also a family bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as all the usual mod cons including a slow cooker, allowing guests to slow cook an evening meal to enjoy at the end of the day. There is a large living dining area with two 3 seater, comfortable settees enjoying views of Dent fell. The lounge benefits from a large tv giving access to Amazon Prime and a log burner - perfect to snuggle in on those winter evenings (small starter pack of logs/kindling/firelighters provided for winter stays between mid October and mid March) . To the rear of the lounge is a large dining table seating 6. Also on the ground floor is a large downstairs WC, as well as having the benefit of a downstairs WC the room is large enough to store bikes (for those wanting to take advantage of utilising the C2C cycle path.
