Cozy apartment in the heart of Praça dos Poveiros, a night area with terraces and restaurants. Ideal for those looking for entertainment and having everything at their doorstep. An advantage for most people, but it makes for a bit of a noisy apartment. The space is open-space with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, TV and free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is equipped with a self check-in system. Although guests can enter alone, we are always available by message for anything you need. Within a radius of 500 meters from this apartment you will find: - More than 50 restaurants with traditional and international food: from typical Portuguese to Italian, Mexican, Japanese, tapas, hamburgers and barbecues. - Supermarkets, - More than 8 places to take fantastic breakfasts and brunchs. - Metro station, bus, trains, taxi, city tours, - Monuments: tower of the clergy, livaria lello, Museums, Town Hall, São Bento Station, many others. - Streets, places, squares: Rua de Santa Catarina, Aliados, Rua dos Clérigos, Mouzinho da Silveira, Cordoaria, many others. - Night area and terraces with Restaurants. Ideal for those looking for entertainment and having everything at their doorstep. Bear in mind that this is a plus for most people, but it makes for a noisy apartment that some don't like. You will have access: T0 Kitchenet with double bed (2,00 x 1,60) and a single sofa bed. A WC with shower, with bed linen and towels included. Shower gel, soap, toilet paper and shampoo. In the Kitchen we always leave some essential: napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, aromatic, tea and cookies. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator. We left kitchen towels and liquid from the dishes. All you need to make a good breakfast or another meal. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. It has Cable TV and Wi fi available. If you have any special requests we are always at your disposal. Send us a message! Breakfast or other meals are not included. Does not have Netflix. Work is currently underway in the building next door, which may cause some noise during the day. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please be respectful of subsequent guests as the tobacco smell is very difficult to remove. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of €50. The house has hot water, heated by a 55 liter cylinder. It's about 10-15 minutes of consecutive use. Then, the cylinder is filled again with cold water, and it takes about 45 min. to heat the water again. We are natural of the city of Porto and we liked to leave to our guests the tips of a true resident and to show what few tourists know! The nearest metro station is Bolhão Station. It is 300 meters from the house. But the truth is that you will not need transportation to get to know the majority of the city. You can do it all on foot! Check-in: after 15h (3pm). Check-out: until 11h (11am). With many entrances and exits, unfortunately it is not possible for us to facilitate early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean the apartments. Guests must fill out an accommodation bulletin through our platform, wich access link we send by message in the booking confirmation. It must be filled in with the identification data of all guests. Check-in is only possible after filling out the bulltin. Please fill it out in advance, this makes our work easier, avoiding leaving it until the day of your arrival. Towels and sheets are included, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. Also included: hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Cleaning of the accommodation during your stay is not included. Breakfast or other meals are not included, nor are foods such as oil/olive oil. Does not have Netflix. No parties or pets are allowed. Please respect silence hours between 23h (11pm) and 7h (7am). Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please respect the next guests, because the cigarette smell is very difficult to remove.
