However, if you are a light sleeper who is just looking for a quiet vacation, this might not be the best option for you. Even thought Cais do Sodré is famous for its night life, from Sunday to Thursday, there will not be not too much going on. Most of the noise comes from Friday and Saturday night while the town is enjoying its weekend. The apartment is installed with double glazed windows. Mostly of the time this blocks out most of the noise and you can still have your peaceful sleep.
