Beautiful lakefront villa | Bridge + Pool + Kayak

What made this villa amazing is its incredible lake view. The location is also an advantage because it is in the heart of Miami, close to the beach. The garden is spectacular and not only because of its proximity to the lake (private, you can swim), there is also a heated pool, many places to relax, a dining room, a grill and a fire pit. We tried kayaking and paddle boarding. The space BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool. 2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 3. Bedroom with 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. -The garage of this house is use as a storage from our company, so sometimes u can meet someone of our team! We will be happy to say hello - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
