No flu-like symptoms such us cough, colds, sore throat, fever * etc... Basic House Rules: 1. Quiet time: 12 mn til 6am. 2. Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. 3. Pay parking -- upon request / only motorcycle can be accomodated / for cars, option is SM Sanlazaro overnight parking. 4. UNREGISTERED guests are strictly NOT allowed. 5. Requirements to be SENT to us before check in. 6. For guest with pets: Pet fee is 300 php per night. Diaper must be worn at all times. Ensure to maintain the cleanliness of the unit. 7. The unit is in a residential area - parties and loud music are not allowed at night. We consider quiet time from 12mn to 6am. 2. Parking space. Only motorycle can be accomodated for garage parking which costs 250 php per night. Car parking option will be SM San Lazaro overnight parking which is estimated 5 mins ride from our place. 3. Unregistered guest as strictly not allowed. Only the booked guest will be permitted to enter the unit. Guest list names and valid ID's are needed to be sent to us for guest registration. 4. Water Interruption There might be a sudden water interruption at times. The unit has a water bucket available, so please fill it up as soon as you enter in case issue arises. Don't worry, we always give a heads up if water clearing operation is done by the provider and we usually block the calendar if it does happen. 5. Insects and Bugs Philippines is a tropical country so expect to have small creatures visiting. As much as our team clean the place, we can't help it but have them at times. We'll provide insect spray for roaches, ants, etc. 5. Caution for the usage of stairs if traveling with children or Seniors. We have stairs that will caution if traveling with children and elderly. Don't worry as it is well lit as the unit is on the 2nd floor. 6. Location Grab, taxi, angkas and jeepney ride are available in the area. 7. Netflix Account Provided for Free. Our Netflix Account is automatically set up in our TV. In case you experience any issues with it, please call our team for any assistance you may need. Or you may use your own account if it's late night and log it out before leaving the place. 8. Power outage - It's normal in the Philippines to experience sudden power outage. Please don't panic, if it happens. Just give us a heads up and we will check the electric provider about its resumption. 9. Please take note that we provide towels and guest kits based on the number of guests you booked.
