Loft in the old spinning mill

With the Loft, you rent a home that, in addition to space, above all brings a unique atmosphere. The house is located on the top floor of the former office building of the "Spinnerei Deutschland" built in 1895. The building has now been completely restored for occupancy. From the kitchen you can reach the roof terrace, which offers a lot of privacy, or the cozy sitting area on the other side. From there, you enter the sleeping area. A separate bathroom completes the house. The space "The Loft" stands for 1 large living area with multiple compartments. You enter the house in the spacious kitchen, which has cooking facilities, sink, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. Adjacent to the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. A seating area and the sleeping area are located on an elevation accessible from the central kitchen. In the cold period of the year, it is heated with a cozy gas fireplace. Both from the kitchen and from the sitting area, the fire of the gas fireplace is visible. In summer, the outdoor terrace, also adjacent to the kitchen, is a lovely place to be. Guest access There is ample free parking directly in front of the property. The house is accessible through the main entrance of the building, which gives access to various residences. All the aforementioned amenities and spaces are also private, and do NOT need to be shared with other guests.
