east hampton-Bay beach down the road

Great retreat on private dirt lane with virtually no traffic and 1200 ft walk to bay beach( approximately 7 homes away) The space The house is a very charming seaside home that has been recently renovated. The setting is wooded and nature abounds so it must be mentioned that one will see deer often, wild turkeys, raccoons,opossum,insects etc ,depending on the month. The home is Very well furnished .All linens are fresh and match, along with towels.Fireplace works great. there are 3 bedrooms that are bright and cheerful with high ceilings the kitchen is open to dining and living and adjacent sunroom/breakfast nook the living /dining french door opens to exterior brick patio with table and chairs The large family room is on the lower level and has TV with 4 large windows and a 10 foot french door opening to back yard and guest bath Guest access Guests have access to entire house and grounds except locked storage closet Other things to note kitchen living room dining and sunroom are on one zone of AC family/tv room is on one zone AC Large master has its own AC zone The remaining two bedrooms each have their own AC unit. we ask that people please choose windows open or A/C on, but not both at the same time. Mainly because the AC cannot keep up if windows are closed . It is the country and we don’t have bug issues unless the main door’s without screens are left open. As long as food is kept covered or in fridge there is not usually an issue with ants. They only become a problem if something sweet is spilled and not cleaned up
