Cottage and beach sauna in the courtyard on the shores of Lake Saimaa

Welcome to enjoy! A 30-square-meter cottage in the courtyard and a cozy wood-fired beach sauna by Lake Saimaa. Your own small sandy beach. The cottage and sauna have a covered terrace where you can enjoy the lake view. The cottage has electricity and an air heat pump as well as an open fireplace. The kitchen has a stove and a full range of cooking utensils. Microwave, coffee and kettle are included, as well as a fridge-freezer. The sauna terrace has a gas grill. The hot tub can be rented for 80 euros/night, not available in winter. The space This place is not just for overnight stays, but you will definitely enjoy and relax here. In summer, you can row, subbailla, grill (gas grill), swim and sauna in the beach sauna. There are lean-tos and hiking trails nearby, and a disc golf course 1 km away. In winter, 200m away, there are good ski trails, both on ice and in the forest. You can also ski to the lean-tos along the trails. In winter, it is wonderful to heat the beach sauna and bake sausages in the cottage's open fireplace. Ice fishing in the abundant Saimaa is also possible. The sauna has running water and heating. There's a pinball machine in the cottage to play. The hot tub can be rented for 80e/night, not in winter. The hot tub is wood-fired and filled with lake water. Please note that our plot is located along Taipalsaarentie (the main road to Taipalsaari's church village), so you can see the road from our yard and you can also hear the sounds of traffic from the road to the yard. The cottage is located next to the main house on the plot. The cottage was originally built in 1962 and has been renovated over the years, but it is by no means comparable to a new one. The lakeside sauna was built in 2008.
