You'll find all of the necessities of home, plus the comfort of a resort - you won't want to leave! Starbucks, Dutch bro. restaurants, & mall The space *Check-in time is 4pm- we charge $75 for any approved or unapproved early check in/late check out. *If you book the total number of people must be on the reservation if not we will immediately cancel the reservation without refund. *Please smoke in the backyard not inside- there is -$350 indoor non-smoking policy. *There are no pets allowed- unless it’s approved and an non refundable pet fee is paid. *Guest has access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & all areas plus backyard for entertainment Jucuzzi, Pool, gym, firepit etc Up to 6 cars allowed. Our house is handi-cap assessable. Easy ramp for wheel chairs & built in shower assistance. Guest access Entire house. Backyard, Gym inside garage. Guest can park in drive away. Other things to note Guest are required to confirm the day before their estimated arrival time. ( Example 3-6) don’t stress traveling is stressful I know. Quiet Time!! 10pm- our friendly neighbors will call the police if your loud past 10pm. Please Note: * fireplace is for decoration only. It’s not safe to light. *the pool is NOT HEATED!
