This studio is very spacious, newly remodeled and will be all your own. Cook your own meals in the beautiful kitchen with all new appliances. Sit and enjoy the smart, wifi enabled TV. Private entrance with self check-in. Shared covered off street parking as well as free street parking. The space The beautifully renovated kitchen is equipped with utensils, pots/pans, cookware, plates, cups, bowls, etc. It has NO pantry essentials other than salt/pepper. If you plan to cook please plan to bring all your ingredients with you. Thank you. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on us! Feel free to use the Keurig machine and provided Kcups. Please be aware, this unit is a completely private unit, but is in the basement of a house that is another attached Airbnb unit. You will have your own parking space underneath the carport and your own private entrance and private unit, but you may see other guests while coming and going. Please be respectful of other guests and observe the house rules. Thank you :) Other things to note Heat is controlled by the thermostat on the wall to the right of the TV. Also a white knob in the bathroom for bathroom heat. There is a fan in the utility room. Extra linens, blanket, and pillow in the closet for making up the couch bed if needed. The Roku TV is set in guest mode. This allows you to log into your own streaming services to watch. When you turn on the TV it will prompt you to set a day that the TV will automatically log you out of everything. (This should be your check-out date.)
