One block to the midtown greenway bike trail. Half a mile to the heart of Uptown, 2.5 miles to Downtown, 9 blocks from the lakes, less than a mile to Eat Street, 12 miles to the airport & Mall of America (18 min drive) or 2.8 miles to US Bank Stadium. Great layout, fresh paint and floors, modern furniture. You can't beat this location. Located in the hip, arty Lyn-Lake area of Minneapolis - walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, a bowling alley, a speakeasy, live music or karaoke at the VFW, bars, a brewery with rooftop patio, theaters and more. You may find it easier (and cheaper!) to walk, bike, or uber rather than rent a car. But there is on street parking if you need it. Bikes can be rented one block away at the NiceRide kiosk, or scooters can be picked up easily at various locations. The house is beautifully decorated with unique, modern decor. Note - there are honeycomb shades in every room, photos were taken before blinds were installed. The four bedrooms are 1. Master with two queen beds, 2: 1 queen bed, 3: one queen bed, 4: one twin bed. The sofa in the basement can be used for a tenth person if needed. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets are a key highlight for larger groups! Groceries can be picked up just 2 blocks away from Aldi, 4 blocks away from CUB foods or 7 blocks north from the Wedge Co-op, although with all the restaurant options you may never want to eat at home. Guests have private/sole access to the entire house, including full kitchen with chef-worthy appliances, living room, four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a light filled sunroom with TV, basement TV room, and full laundry. There is on street parking. Outside, enjoy outdoor dining and plants on the pretty paved patio. I live and work nearby so am happy to answer any questions or make recommendations. There are so many places to see within a few blocks - Lyn-Lake brewery (tap room and rooftop bar), Lago Tacos, World Street Kitchen, Milkjam Creamery (even has vegan ice cream), Famous Daves BBQ, French Meadow, Common Roots, Trio vegan restaurant, Bryant Lake Bowl, The Jungle Theater, an Improv theater -so many options. Great arty murals and an arty crowd, and very walkable and bikable. Bikes can be rented just a block away as a great way to explore the city. The walk score for this house is a whopping 96 - you can walk to most things you need. The street has a dedicated bike path and is one block from the Midtown greenway if you want to bike to a Twins game, Eat Street or down town. You are literally close to everything Minneapolis has to offer, from the natural beauty of the lakes to the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants. You can skip the rental car - you'll walk everywhere, or the Bus stop is about one block away, ubers and lyfts and easily available, getting around from here couldn't be easier.
