Close to Commercial Street and central to most of the amenities and activities you might want in Lerwick, a mere 300m to shops, pubs and restaurants. There is an outside space for guests to use and a garden shed that can be used for storing outdoor gear etc. Guest access Shared garden, garden shed with bbq and bicycles and private car parking. There are two flights of steps to climb from the car parking area so please be aware that the flat is not suitable for those with mobility issues or if you require disabled access. The first set are seven steps and the upper steps to the flat are about twelve. Other things to note There is no disabled access. The first floor flat is accessed by steps.
