To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater - Wardrobe, hangers - Torch  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor of the cottage and 1 spacious bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a separate entrance.  - Plush amenities like heater, electric kettle, a king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - Each of these bedrooms are decked with plush interiors and furnishing and offer a panoramic view of mountains. BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms - all attached to the bedrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor of the cottage. - This quaint and cosy living room is equipped with a fireplace, TV and a heater and offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.  - There is a separate dining area on the lower ground floor. It offers seating for up to 12 people.  - There are 2 beautiful lawns, both are 250 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 12 people. - The villa has a sprawling terrace and deck with swings, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. Guest access There is a cottage, a villa and a studio room on the premises. Guests have access to the cottage, studio room and common areas only. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Other things to note FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. Meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. The female staff member will be accommodated in-house. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can carry and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lawn or venture out and explore the neighbourhood on treks and trails. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue meal around the bonfire, simply relax on a swing on the terrace/deck and admire the picturesque views around or indulge in star-gazing. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
