Also perfect for families relocating to Portland needing a longer-term rental. The interior is fully furnished, with hardwood floors, Tibetan carpets, and comfortable beds in the 2+ bedrooms. Features include a wood-burning fireplace, clawfoot tub, Roku TV, plenty of built-ins and drawer space, and full-sized washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen was recently remodeled. It's outfitted with cookware and basic cooking supplies, instant hot water, a dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, a 5-burner gas stove/oven, and a charcoal grill outside. The upstairs bathroom has a tiled shower; the spacious downstairs bath has an elegant old clawfoot tub outfitted with a standing shower. Looking for private work spaces? There's a nice desk in the sun porch workspace downstairs, adjoining the kitchen. The Blue Room bedroom has its own desk. And the dining table with its bamboo view is a great space to spread out. Guest access You have access to the main and upper floors, with private entry via the front door. You also have access to the front porch, back deck with charcoal BBQ grill, and the washer/dryer in the basement. Please respect the privacy of the backyard ADU. Other things to note —Pets may be possible for an extra fee—let's discuss. —IMPORTANT: This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, and noise travels far. Please be considerate of neighbors by keeping outside conversation to low levels, especially after 9 pm, and extra-especially when coming back late from the bars. For groups hanging out on the porch, I request that you move indoors after 10 pm —Smoking indoors of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
