All facilities are free for your family to enjoy! Other things to note *Firecracker is strictly NOT allow here (Terrace Residential House)* *Must wear proper swimming attire when using our swimming pool, Not allow to wear T-shirt to swim** A deposit of RM500 will be collected before check in and is refundable after you check out. 1) Smoking areas ONLY allow at outdoor & open space area (BBQ area). As this is a wooden house so it's highly exposed to fire risk. Please take note of this carefully. Deposit will be waived for those that smoke at other area of the house. 2) Kindly inform us if you wish to use the BBQ pit and clean up after using it. Do not move the BBQ pit over to other place, kindly use it at its designated area only, which is at the car porch. (BBQ tools and pit ONLY will be prepared upon request earlier. Not available for last minute booking/request) 3) We understand that you've booked our house for gatherings and parties. However, please try to keep our house as tidy and clean as possible. Do not pour drinks all over the floor, sofa and beds. Do not vomit on our beds. Most importantly, do not damage our items. Please try to return our house to us in its original condition when you check out. We would charge you as accordingly for damaged items. 4)
