Apollo 2 - Luxury Apartment (Katerini City Center)

The apartment is in the heart of the city center at Pezodromos St.. It offers direct access (2 min. walk) to the cafés, the bars, restaurants, super markets, the low cost municipal parking and the local bus station where you can catch a bus which leads to the train station and to Paralia Beach (in aprox. 15 minutes). The apartment is on the 2nd floor (it has a lift), is fully renovated (in 2020) and equipped. Suitable for leisure and/or business trips. The space What makes the apartment so special: 1. It is located in the heart of the city, providing endless possibilities and ensuring minimum transport costs. 2. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, whether it’s friends, couples, or families. 3. Ample hot water, produced by an electric boiler (60 Lt), ready in about 10 minutes. For long term reservations, it can be ordered to the host and managed remotely. 4. Includes all essential (and more) electrical appliances: Whirlpool washing machine, Inventor refrigerator, cooker with decorative led lighting and remote control for color change, Pyramis cooker hood, Zanussi ceramic hotplate with 4 cooker rings, Zanussi 3D baking oven, frappe coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Philips steam iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and 2 powerful Inventor inverter air condition with Wi-Fi. It also has 2 32-inches LG Smart TV's (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom) with internet and free Netflix access. 5. Fixed, stable and fast internet connection and robust Wi-Fi network in all rooms. 6. Queen Size bed with hypoallergic aloe mattress. Two additional modern sofa daybeds (100 x 190). Hanging above the bed is a small heart-shaped bookshelf with some literary books and children's fairy tales. 7. Sizeable double leaf closet (160 x 220), with sliding mirror door, extra blankets sheets/pillows and quite a few hangers for adults and children, able to make room for all the clothes in your suitcase. 8. Smart coffee table with waiter, suitable for comfortably working on the computer, but also for taking a meal, alone, with your children or friends, since all fitting kitchen utensils/plates/glasses/cutlery for every occasion are provided. Alternatively, it can be used for board games or for children’s painting (all essentials are provided). 9. Small kitchen table with 4 chairs for meals and/or computer work. 10. Private balcony with table and 2 chairs, decorated with tiles and marbles, which looks on the courtyard and is not obstructed by any apartment buildings directly opposite. 11. The bathroom features a modern and ergonomic shower. The washstand and the toilet basin are equipped with brake mechanisms (just like all kitchen cabinets), to prevent damage caused by attrition. Provided are all the necessary consumables (hair and body shampoo, toilet paper, first aid kit etc.). 12. In case of power outage, the emergency led light is automatically activated, also pointing to the exit (if needed). 13. Fire extinguisher to be used in case of fire, smoke/carbon monoxide detector. 14. Private, discreet safe for safekeeping personal belongings. 15. Accommodation in a secure apartment building (the entrance door remains closed after 21:00). There are no stairs, the Pedestrian Street entrance leads directly to the door and the corridors have large opening (over 90 cm) which in turn lead to the elevator, 65 x 90 (depth). The door of the main apartment is located outside the elevator, is armored and (only) the entrance is monitored 24 hours a day via a high definition camera system. 16. First-aid kit with essentials in case of accident. 17. We offer plentiful supplies. More specifically, the apartment offers hand and dish soaps, body and hair shower gel, washing powder and fabric softener, kitchen and toilet paper, all kitchen, bathroom, Dettol general purpose floor disinfectants, hand antiseptic and disposable masks. Guest access The guests have full access to all the amenities and toiletries within the apartment, except the cleaner's cupboard located at the balcony. Other things to note ~ According to the Greek tax paying and legal system (and according to the following laws: L. 4446/2016 ar. 111, as amended by the provisions of L. 4465/2017 ar. 36 & L. 4472/2017 ar. 84), once you arrive you will be asked to provide your name and passport number. If you are Greek you can provide your TIN (Tax paying Identification Number) instead. All the information will be handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please have the following in mind: ~ Please throw toilet paper in bin provided (and not the toilet basin). ~ Turn off the air conditioning, the oven, the hot plates and the water heater when not in the apartment. ~ Dispose trash daily & on departure. Bins are outside on the Pezodromos street. ~ Check-out is at 09:30 p.m. ~ Leave an open balcony door before check out. ~ At check out please leave the keys on the kitchen table.
