Charming residence with pool and sauna

Welcome to CALVISSON, LE BARATIER in the heart of its village between Nîmes and Montpellier. Here you will enjoy a relaxing moment in these places with all the pleasures that are nearby. Parking, Sunday market, many restaurants... all 50 meters from the house. 15 minutes from Nîmes, 30 minutes from Montpellier and the sea, you will find activities to do in any season between the sea and the river and enjoy one of the most beautiful areas of the region. The space In this guest house you have the entire accommodation with more than 130 m2, 1 living room, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen (the kitchen is shared), one or 2 bedrooms (the second bedroom from 3 people) 1 bathroom and toilet and depending on the seasons a relaxation area with gym and sauna or access to the pool and outdoor area (these spaces will be subject to daytime hours). Perfect for a quiet holiday or a moment of rest, the house delivers large living space and a lot of charm, you will be pleasantly surprised both by the beauty of the place and by the space that is dedicated to you. Guest access The entire 130 m2 accommodation is private with its independent entrance, its kitchen is shared but not intrusive and ideally located. The sauna is private during its opening period as is the private sports area. Our personal entrance communicates with the 300 m2 outdoor area, we can meet there occasionally, the pool will be subject to summer hours accessible from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow its maintenance outside of these hours. Other things to note In the rooms you will find everything you need without cluttering and enjoy. Bed linen and towels are provided, a coffee maker available in each room with coffee, tea, madeleine, small fridge, TV, wifi and also an umbrella bed for the little ones, you also have everything that an equipped kitchen has, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave etc. An improved breakfast can be served for an additional €10 per person. The indoor relaxation area is available from approximately September 15 to June 15 (sauna, gym). And conversely, the outdoor area with pool is available from around June 1 to October 1.
