Other things to note We're excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines below: - Standard Check-In time is 3PM and Check-Out is 11AM. (Early or late Check-In or Check-Out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may incur some fees.) - We require a 2,500.00 Security Deposit in the form of Cash which is refundable upon check-out if there are no damages caused by you or any person in your party. Please be advised that any damages or failure to comply to the house rules will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
