SAN LORENZO FIVE SENSES Located on the second floor of an ancient building, in the centre of Florence, just a few steps from the Basilica of San Lorenzo, very close to the Central Market, the Duomo, the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Florence train station. The apartment with its beautiful decoration and colors, offers accommodation up to 6 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, a large living/dining area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. WI-FI, TV, AC The space The strategic position makes it an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Florence and its surroundings. Located on the second floor of an old building in the historic centre of Florence (no elevator - 51 steps), the apartment is very comfortable and quiet and furnished with great care. This charming and unique apartment has been recently redecorated with great care and attention to details. It has two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and dining area and a fitted kitchen with everything you will need for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster), a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, toilet and bidet. TV, WI-FI and Air Conditioning in each room complete this wonderful apartment. You can park in the garage (to be paid on the premises) located a few steps from the apartment so that you can easily enter the city center by car and park even though we are in ZTL (limited traffic zone). Guest access The entire apartment, as described, is at our guests disposal. Other things to note We will meet you in person and therefore, we kindly ask you to let us know asap your estimated time of arrival so that we can help you organize your check-in without having you to wait. Check-in can be arranged between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Early check-in possible on request, according to our availability. Checkout: before 10 am Arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. must be arranged at least a couple of days prior to arrival (surcharge of € 40.00) Florence City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night (age 12 and under) for up to 7 nights and will be payable directly through Airbnb.
