Two-level apartment (59 square meters) on the 2nd and 3rd floors (with access to the upper floor from the stairwell) located in the historic center of the town (Madrice district) and near the pedestrian area and a few steps from the sea (Petrolo beach and Campana cove). The beach is about 1.5 km away, which can also be reached on foot. 《Particularly suitable for those who prefer to stay without a car》 The space This is a two-story apartment (for the exclusive use of those who have booked it), of which the 2nd floor consists of a single bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a private bathroom complete with shower, with a window, balcony, air conditioning, smart monitor and laminate parquet floor. While upstairs is the kitchen with dining area, equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery as well as a small bathroom (toilet and sink), air conditioning and the terrace. The three bath towels and sheets are available to guests, only at the beginning of the stay (with possible change for stays longer than 9 days in the closet). For short-term/tourist rental use (a specific rental contract will be drawn up at check-in), it is equipped with a portable fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, and an LPG gas detector in the kitchen. Ideal for a couple or family stay (up to 4 people). The cleaning fees indicated on the site are to be understood exclusively as those related to final cleaning (no daily cleaning provided). There is no other services other than those previously indicated. The external entrance of the door is equipped with a surveillance camera (there are no other cameras inside the accommodation). Guest access It is specified that the apartment is separated from the one on the 1st floor, in the stairwell, by a small gate equipped with a lock. The apartment is exclusively available to the guest who has booked it (any remaining beds cannot be booked by any other guest). Other things to note House Rules: 1) Guests are required to check the functionality and any critical issues (room cleaning, amenities, breakdowns) of the apartment within two hours of check-in. No claim and/or request for reimbursement may be made after the first night of the stay. 2) At check-in, IDs will be required (Police web lodging). 3) No pets allowed. 4) Washing machine not present; there is a self-service laundry in the area. 5) Upon arrival, the guest must sign the tourist rental agreement. 6) Accommodation tax to be paid upon arrival, in cash: €1.50 per person per night for stays up to a maximum of 6 nights in total, to be paid at check-in. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the tax, as are seniors over 75; 7) The cleaning fees indicated on the site are exclusively those related to final cleaning (no daily cleaning is provided). 8) Bath towels and sheets are available for guests at the beginning of their stay. 9) The kitchen should be left tidy and free of waste at check-out. 10) The parking spaces near the house are all reserved for residents as the neighborhood is subject to ZTL in the summer (limited traffic and parking area) with hours from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (to be confirmed): the activation of the same and the parking areas (outside the ZTL) will be communicated to you before the day of check-in.
