We offer a unique apartment (50 sq meters), located on the main street of pre-war Gdynia, in a modernist tenement house. The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator), with windows on both sides overlooking important points of the city. Spacious living room with equipped kitchen, two small bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning. The architect Adam Marquardt, who hosts the "Szybki dom" program on HGTV, is responsible for the concept and interior design of the apartment. The space We make every effort to ensure that the interiors of our apartment refer to the modernist traditions of Gdynia. We want details such as the colors from the Corbusier keyboard, stucco, and terrazzo to blend smoothly with the character of the pre-war building, which is on the trail of modernist Gdynia tenement houses. Sustainability and our local community are also important to us. We used the highest quality materials to renovate and finish the apartment so that they would last longer and not generate more waste. We are attached to Gdynia, the Tri-City, and that is why we have tried to use the services and products of nearby suppliers. The kitchen furniture was made by a local carpenter, the oak table was produced by a company from Gdynia, the mirrors were made by a glazier from a factory 200 meters away, the posters come from the Emigration Museum, or from the ReSet store...on the ground floor:) All the cosmetics we provide are from the Tri-City ZIAJA. On June 30, 2022, we completed a complete renovation, everything is new and made with attention to detail. All the work was done by our friendly teams from the heart of Kashubia (Zbyszek, Tomek, thank you again). We are putting into use an apartment in which we have put our whole heart and we believe that it will be felt in these interiors! A little basic description: At the entrance to the apartment there is a corridor from which we can enter two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa, which can sleep 2 people when unfolded. A large table where you can freely eat meals, and next to it a kitchenette with an island. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary dishes, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Basic supply of coffee, tea, spices, of course, on site. You can enjoy your free time with a large TV with Netflix and HBO, or music from the Marshall bluetooth speaker. The first bedroom has two single beds, a mirror and a dresser, and clothes hangers. The second bedroom has a double bed, a mirror, a dresser and hangers. Each of these rooms has an individually controlled air conditioner. Guest access Our tenement house is located on the corner of one of the most important streets in Gdynia, in the historical urban layout of Śródmieście, which is a historical monument and will soon be included in the UNESCO list. When you enter the tenement house from the street, you will be able to enter or take the elevator to the 4th floor, where you will find a remote control for the gate to the yard and a map on how to get to this place by car. Please note that in pre-war Gdynia, there were no parking spaces in the courtyards for the number of cars we now have. Therefore, it may happen that there will be no free space and then you need to park in the public spaces around the building, on the street. Parking in the center of Gdynia is paid 7 days a week, the parking meter is located to the right of the entrance to the building. Other things to note The apartment is located in a building that is home to other residents. Please respect the rules of good coexistence, quiet hours, etc.
