This listing is for the first room in our twin house. This setup features two independent apartments under one roof, each offering 55 m² of space. This unit includes a Queen bed in the loft, a sofa bed downstairs, a private bathroom, and a 12 m² terrace with a hammock, outdoor table, and seating. A shared fully equipped kitchen connects the two apartments. Guest access In your unit you will have everything you need including a desk, sofa, board racks, yoga mat, fans, and bathroom. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (stove/refrigerator/toaster/blender/coffee maker) which is only shared with one other unit. The garden space within the property is communal, providing an area to sunbathe or stretch. We also have an outdoor shower for your convenience, when returning from the beach. Free parking within the property is available. Guests will have access to the beach through a very short pathway. Across the road from TwoTen’s main entrance there is a small market/convenience store, and within walking distance there are many restaurants where you can find thai food, burgers, vegetarian food, pizza, Nicaraguan food and more. We are also walking distance from some activities, bars, and surf spots.
