Welcome to our cozy apartment in Eberbach-Rockenau! Our modern, lovingly furnished apartment with 46 sqm offers you your own little realm to relax. Free parking right outside the door makes the journey particularly comfortable. After two small steps and a short hallway, you will reach your holiday home. Bicycles can be parked safely and dry in the hallway. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer – a real insider tip. The space 🛋️ Living room/bedroom • Two single beds (100 x 200 cm each) • Chest of drawers for personal storage • Cozy leather couch with cuddly blankets for relaxing TV evenings • Small desk for planning excursions or writing postcards • Direct access to the covered terrace with seating 🍽️ Kitchen • Fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster • Cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery available • Ideal for self-caterers who do not want to miss their favorite dishes on vacation 🛁 Bathroom NEWLY RENOVATED MAY 2025!! • Bathtub for relaxing baths • Washing machine with washing pods (use included in the price) • Drying rack for your clothes • Hair dryer, towels and toiletries 📶 Other amenities • Free Wi-Fi for work or entertainment • Free parking right outside the door (for a car; larger vehicles must park on the street) • Hallway with dresser, mirror and wardrobe • Board games for cozy evenings 🌳 Surroundings & excursions Eberbach and its surroundings offer numerous opportunities for hikers, cyclists and those interested in culture: • Stolzeneck Castle: A romantic castle ruin with stunning views over the Neckar Valley. • Eberbach Castle: An imposing ruin with history and charm. • Zwingenberg Castle: An impressive castle with a museum and events. • Neckarsteig: A multi-award-winning long-distance hiking trail along the Neckar. • Devil's Pulpit: A mystical viewpoint with panoramic views. 🚲 BIKELÄND Eberbach – A paradise for mountain bikers Eberbach is known for the BIKELÄND – a network of 12 single trails of varying difficulty, which are divided into four trail centers:  • Itterberg: Easy trails such as "Captain Hiob" and "Lumberjack" • Scheuerberg: More challenging trails such as "Wally", "Woody" and "Zweiarmiger Bandit" • Bocksberg: Heavy trails such as "Bock & Soul" and "Bock & Roll" • Marienhöhe: Medium-difficult trails such as "Neckarcoaster" and "Einarmiger Bandit" The trails are easily accessible from the Eberbach market square and offer exciting challenges for both beginners and experienced riders. The routes are well signposted and are maintained on a voluntary basis by the Kanu Club Eberbach. The nearest train station is about 3 km away – within walking distance. The S-Bahn train will take you quickly to larger cities: • Heidelberg: approx. 35 minutes • Mosbach: about 30 minutes • Mannheim: approx. 45 minutes You can also get there by car in the same time – the route through the picturesque Neckar Valley makes the journey an experience. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Notes Three small children live in our house – so it can also be cheerful, lively and a little louder. If you like children's laughter, you have come to the right place! Guest access The property is located separately from the hosts. The hallway in front of the apartment is sporadically used by the host family :) They live in the house, but one floor above. Other things to note For a short stay, you can check in independently. For stays longer than 5 days, I like to welcome the guests myself if it fits :)
