Cottage with pool between Redon and La Roche-Bernard

Gite rated 4 stars by the official Etoiles de France organization. Character house with solar panel heated pool, terrace and garden and playground near the pool. Very quiet in the countryside, in a warm old house, all comfort. Fully renovated house, very bright and cozy, in a bucolic setting, close to the meadows of Vilaine, on a former historical site. Located 40 min from Vannes and La Baule and 30 min from the sea. The space 9x4 m solar panel heated pool, 1.4 m deep, with an alarm and secured (set up on request) and with a fence all around the pool area plus a play area. It is open from mid-April to mid-October IF THE WEATHER ALLOWS IT. The pool is shared very occasionally with the owner, but is never used in your presence to preserve your tranquility. Pool games, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, badminton, bocce... Indoor amenities: - An adult bedroom with a double bed upstairs. - A children's bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds upstairs. Possibility of using a sofa bed in the living room if not all the children want to be in the same room (on the ground floor). - A living room area, TV, large dining room open to the kitchen. House equipped with all appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer...) and multimedia plus Blu-ray DVDs and books available. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Dishes should be left clean and the house tidy. Cleaning is included; however, the house must be in a suitably clean condition. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND NO EATING IN THE BEDROOMS. THIS COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD PARTIES INVOLVING ALCOHOL. Your check-in must be after 5:00 p.m., and you can arrive late if you like.
