Cottage with pool between Redon and La Roche-Bernard

Gite rated 4 stars by the official Etoiles de France organization. Character house with solar panel heated pool, terrace and garden and play area near the pool. Very quiet in the countryside, in a warm old house, all comfort. A fully renovated house, very bright and welcoming, in a rural setting, close to the Prés de Vilaine, on a former historical site. Located 40 minutes from Vannes and La Baule and 30 minutes from the sea. The space 9x4 m heated swimming pool with solar panels, 1.4 m deep, with alarm and security (installed on request) and a fence around the pool area and play area. It is open from mid-April to mid-October IF THE WEATHER ALLOWS. The pool is shared very occasionally with the owner, but is never used in your presence to ensure your peace of mind. Pool games, BBQ, garden furniture, sun loungers, badminton, balls... Indoor equipment: - One adult room double bed upstairs. - A children's room with a double bed and two bunk beds upstairs. There is the option of using a sofa bed in the living room if not all the children want to be in the same room (on the ground floor). - A lounge area, TV, large dining room opening onto the kitchen. House equipped with all household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.) and multimedia plus Blu-ray DVD and books available. Towels and bed linen provided. Dishes should be left clean and the house tidy. Cleaning is included; however, the house must be in a suitably clean condition. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE AND EATING IS PROHIBITED IN THE BEDROOMS. THIS COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NOISY AND ALCOHOLIC PARTIES.
