Welcome to Clos Des Coteaux. This charming 130 m2 house is located in a charming little village in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. It has 2 bedrooms with beds for 2 people. The house will be for you only, 1 bedroom will be available for a reservation of up to 2 people, 2 bedrooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house. The space Under no circumstances may the premises be used for reception organizations or parties with a greater number of people than the one declared at the time of booking. Guests should be sure to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Derogating these rules would result in immediate cancellation and departure of the tenant (s), without notice and withholding of the security deposit by the landlord. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the indoor premises (penalties provided for non-compliance with this rule).
